Messaging infrastructure built for how Nigerian businesses actually communicate.
We built e-Gab around one idea: a message is only useful if it arrives, gets read, and gets a response. Every channel on this platform exists to make that true — and to prove it happened.
- 6 channels, 1 account
- All 4 Nigerian networks
- Published rates
- Lagos-based team
Nigerian organisations were choosing between reach and reliability. We refused to pick one.
A school needs a fee reminder to land before the deadline, not after it. A fintech needs an OTP in seconds, not minutes. A logistics team needs a delivery update the customer actually sees. Most messaging tools are built for one channel and one use case — so teams end up stitching three vendors together and still cannot answer the simple question: did it arrive?
We built one platform that handles all of them, with the delivery tracking and audit trail to settle that question in seconds. Every send on e-Gab — SMS, WhatsApp, email, USSD or OTP — carries a real status, not a "sent" confirmation and a shrug.
One account, six channels, one delivery standard
The decisions below are the ones customers notice six months in, not on day one.
Tracked, not guessed
Every status callback is logged with the raw provider payload, the prior status and the new one — so when a customer says "I never got it", we can show you exactly what happened and when.
Retried automatically
A gateway call that fails on a temporary network blip is retried before anything is marked failed. Your campaign should not be hostage to one bad second.
Separated by purpose
Transactional and marketing traffic run on separate unit balances, so a promotional blast can never drain the pool your customers' logins depend on.
Priced in the open
Our SMS and Email rates are published, tiered and live on the site. Where a rate genuinely depends on your destinations — WhatsApp, USSD — we say so and quote you properly.
Built mobile-first
Most of the people who use e-Gab do it from a phone, often on a patchy connection. Every screen is designed for that reality first and a desktop second.
One account, six channels
SMS, WhatsApp, Email, OTP, USSD and 2-way messaging share one contact book and one balance view — so switching channel does not mean switching tool.
Six channels, one contact book
Follow an unopened email with an SMS, or a delivery alert with a WhatsApp reply thread — without exporting a single CSV.
